Read4Max Classics
Refund Policy
This policy sets out clear situations in which a digital-book purchase may be refunded.
Eligible refund situations
A full refund is available for a duplicate charge, when a checkout or delivery error causes Read4Max to supply a different title or edition from the one shown and selected at checkout, failure to provide access after payment, or a materially defective file that Read4Max cannot repair or replace within a reasonable time.
Change of mind
Choosing the wrong book yourself, deciding that you no longer want it, or not liking it after access is a change of mind. Read4Max does not promise a voluntary change-of-mind refund after the purchased edition has been accessed or downloaded. Paddle may still approve a refund under its Refund Policy, and any statutory withdrawal or refund right that applies to the buyer remains fully available.
How to request a refund
For a reader, EPUB, delivery, or edition problem, email read4max@gmail.com with the checkout email, book title, transaction or receipt reference, and a short description. To request a payment refund directly, use Paddle Order Support through the receipt or Paddle's buyer-support site. Do not send payment-card numbers or identity documents to Read4Max.
Processing
Read4Max investigates product and access problems and may provide relevant information or recommend a resolution. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, decides and processes payment refunds under its Refund Policy, Buyer Terms, payment-network rules, and applicable law. Read4Max never sends refund money directly to a buyer. Approved refunds return through Paddle to the original payment method where possible.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. If applicable law, Paddle's Refund Policy, Paddle's Buyer Terms, or an additional Read4Max right gives the buyer greater protection, the highest applicable level of protection applies.
