Please note the book title, the page or format involved, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. For purchase questions, include the checkout email and Paddle transaction or receipt reference.
Protect your information
Never send a full payment-card number, security code, password, identity document, or banking credentials. Read4Max does not need those details to investigate a book or access problem.
Billing and refunds
Read4Max handles browser-reader, EPUB, edition, delivery-link, and My Books access problems. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, provides receipts and invoices and handles payment and refund requests through Paddle Order Support. The Refund Policy explains how the two support paths work together.
